This is the entire reason the arrangement works. We earn on the printing, so if you never sell anything, we never earn anything. That is not us being generous, it is just how it is built, and we would rather you understood it than took our word for anything.

The service

You take the order. We make it and ship it.

This is the whole business and it is the only thing we would push you toward. You sell however you already sell, on Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp or a website. When an order comes in and you have confirmed it, you send it to us. We make the piece, pack it under your brand, and hand it to the courier on your account.

  • Your brand on everything. Your packaging, insert card and return address. Nothing in the box mentions us.
  • You keep the customer. They order from you, pay you, and never learn we exist.
  • Photos and copy supplied. Ready to post the day you start, so you are not shooting product you do not own.
  • Courier set up for you. We help you open a PostEx or Leopards account and test it with a live parcel first.
  • Return credit. Refused catalogue items come back to our shelf and we credit you toward the next order of the same piece.
Two ways we can ship it

Direct to your customer. We book on your courier account and hand the parcel over ourselves. One shipment, one charge, fastest route to the buyer, and the cash on delivery goes straight to your account. This is what almost everyone picks.

To you, then onward. We send the finished pieces to you in one consignment and you ship the final leg yourself. Useful if you want to inspect every piece or add something to the box. It costs more because it is two shipments instead of one, and it adds two to four days.

Who talks to the customer, and why it should be you

Confirming orders and answering messages stays with you by default, and when you are starting out we will actively tell you to keep it that way. It is not us avoiding work. Cash on delivery in Pakistan lives or dies on whether somebody real called the buyer before the parcel went out, and the person who cares most about that call is the person whose money is on the line.

There is also a second reason. The first hundred conversations with your own customers teach you what they actually want, which product photo makes them ask, and what objection keeps coming up. Hand that to somebody else on day one and you never learn any of it.

We can take it over when you want. Once you are doing real volume and the calls are eating your day, it is available as a paid service, and it is included in the all inclusive package further down. We would just rather you grew into that than started there.

YOUR JOB

A customer places an order with you

On your store, in your DMs, over WhatsApp, wherever you sell. The customer is yours. They see your brand name, your prices and your packaging, and they have no idea we exist.

You confirm the order with the customer

Call or message the buyer, check the address is real, check they actually want it, check they will be there to pay. Only confirmed orders come to us.

This step is the whole game. Cash on delivery orders get refused at the door constantly. Sellers who confirm properly see far fewer refusals than sellers who do not. It is your return rate, so it should be your control.

YOUR JOB

You push the confirmed order to us

Product, quantity, colour, customer name, address, phone number. Through the order sheet we set up for you, or straight on WhatsApp. Whatever you send is what gets printed, so check it twice.

STEP 04
YOUR JOB

You pay for that order

Our price for the item plus shipping. Your customer is paying you the retail price you set, so the difference is yours. Payment clears before the piece enters the queue, which is exactly what lets us take anyone on with no joining fee and no stock commitment.

Some sellers keep a small running balance so orders never wait on a bank transfer. Optional, but it saves a day.

OUR JOB

We make it

The order goes into the queue and onto a machine. We run our own printers in Lahore and work with a partner farm of over a hundred machines for busy weeks, so a good month on your side does not become a backlog on ours.

Every piece is checked before packing. If something comes off the plate wrong we reprint it rather than send it, even though that costs us a slot.

We pack it as your brand

Your packaging, insert card, sticker and return address. If you do not have packaging yet we use plain unbranded packing at no extra cost, and we can design yours whenever you want it.

We book it and hand it to the courier

Booked on your own PostEx or Leopards account. The booking is in your name, the cash on delivery goes to your account, and the tracking is yours to give the customer.

COURIER

It reaches your customer and you get paid

The courier delivers, collects the cash, and remits it on their normal cycle. We are never in the middle of that money. What your customer pays is yours.

IF REFUSED

If the customer refuses delivery

The parcel returns to the address on your courier account. You have already paid for that item and the return charge is yours, so a refusal is a real cost to you. We will not pretend otherwise.

What we do about it. Send the piece back to us. If it is a catalogue item in sellable condition it goes back on our shelf and we credit you against your next order of the same product, minus return shipping. Custom and personalised pieces cannot be resold to anyone else, so those cannot be credited.

This works when both sides know exactly what they are responsible for, so here is our half written down before you ask.

Confirming orders, answering questions, handling complaints. It is your brand, and doing it yourself is how you learn what people actually want.

That is the trade that lets us take anyone on with no joining fee, no monthly cost and no stock commitment.

The item and the return charge fall on you. Send catalogue items back and we credit you toward a repeat order of the same piece.

Up to five working days to make and dispatch, then two to four for the courier. Quote your customers the longer end of that.

Pricing, timelines, quality standards, and a clause on both sides about not going around each other. Read it before you commit to anything.

List a handful of products, find out what sells, then add more. Sellers who list two hundred items on day one almost never sell any.

The ones we get asked first

Is it really free to join?
Yes. No joining fee, no monthly charge, no minimum order, no contract that traps you. You pay for an order when you have an order and nothing in between. We earn on the making, so we are only paid once you have actually sold something.
I have zero followers and no idea what to sell. Is this pointless for me?
No, and it is the situation most people write to us in. We will help you pick a direction and choose your first products, and it costs you nothing to try. What we cannot do is want it for you. You will still have to post, reply to people, and keep going for longer than feels reasonable before anything happens.
How much money do I actually need to start?
Enough to cover the first few orders as they come in, and that is all. No stock purchase, no minimum. If you sell three items in your first week, you pay for three items.
Am I limited to your existing catalogue?
No. The catalogue is a starting point, and it spans home decor, toys, desk pieces, jewellery, gifting and more. Beyond that, if you have a product idea, a sketch or a reference photo, we can model it and make it yours alone. That is usually the better long term move because it stops you competing with everyone else selling the same items.
Whose name is on the parcel?
Yours. Your packaging, your insert, your return address, your courier account. Nothing in the box says ThirdDimension unless you specifically want it there.
Can you handle my customer service instead?
We can, and it is included in the all inclusive package, but we will talk you out of it early on. Confirming your own orders is what keeps your refusal rate down, and the first hundred conversations with your own buyers teach you more about your business than anything we could tell you. Hand it over once volume makes it impossible, not before.
What stops you from selling to my customers directly?
A signed agreement that binds both of us. It says we will not contact, market to, or sell directly to any buyer whose details come through your orders. It also protects you from us approaching your suppliers or staff. Ask to read it before you send us anything.
How long does an order really take?
Up to five working days from payment to dispatch, then two to four days with the courier. Quote your customer the longer end. If something is genuinely urgent, ask and we will tell you whether we can fit it in that week rather than promising and missing.
Can you cope if I suddenly get busy?
We run our own machines in Lahore, work with a partner farm running over a hundred printers, and are adding capacity of our own. Spikes go out to the farm. If we ever cannot meet a timeline we will tell you before you take the orders, not after you have promised them.
What if the item arrives damaged or wrong?
If we made the wrong thing, made it badly, or packed it badly, we replace it at our cost. If the courier damaged it in transit, that is a claim on your courier account and we will supply photographs and packing evidence. If the customer simply changed their mind, that falls under refusals.
Do I have to take the website or marketing packages?
No, and most people do not. The fulfilment works entirely on its own and you can stay there forever. We would rather you spent money on advertising after you have proof something sells, and we will say that even when it costs us the sale.
